According to Shastras, there are no rules and regulations for rains in the last phase of Kali Yuga, as a rule, there should be proper amount of rain for good yield of grains, greens, vegetables at its scheduled time, but this does not happen. In contrast to the succession of seasons, there is irregular excess of rain at any one time and less than required at other times. Human society has to deal with extreme and intense rainfall. Due to this people have to face diseases, famine, hunger.

Meaning :-
Unseasonal rains increase the water level of rivers. Rivers overflow. This causes frequent floods. The fields are destroyed. Farmers will suffer and suffer losses. Both their efforts and money will be wasted. People see such situations with their own eyes. But under the influence of Maya they sink into the darkness of ignorance and seek a way to improve the conditions.
At the end of the Kali Yuga, Lord Indra repeatedly violates the rules of conduct set by the Lord and commits injustice by not following the rules and observing Bhutai. Inflation increases every year due to repeated agricultural destruction. Food items are out of reach of common people. Such a situation is found in almost all countries of the world. Government system has to face public anger due to inflation. There is chaos everywhere. No one listens to anyone. The government does not give any importance to governance, people are hungry and start taking law into their own hands. Conditions are tense in many countries. India will not remain untouched by these conditions in the near future. India too has to face such a famine.
Once upon a time there was such a person i.e. those who had a lot of money, their financial condition was very strong, they were happy, time was favorable for them, but now times are changing. Now those people who are religious, those people who have Bhakti-Bhav among them spend their time happily. Neither glory nor wealth comes into play here. Because when the light of truth shines, gradually the power of religion and the influence of religion begin to spread in the world. At such a time, everyone should walk on the path of religion, and everyone should follow the path of religion. Strive for Satya Sanatana Dharma and surrender completely at the feet of the Supreme Lord with devotion.
