2. The Rules mentioned in Sudhrma Maha Maha Sangh should be followed -eg - being completely vegetarian; Doing Trisandhya three times a day; Reading Shri Mad Bhagwat Mahapuran daily. Abandoning violence completely through Manasa Vacha and Karmana.
3. Learn to follow the five words of Prabhuji mentioned in the section:-
1. Learn to listen 2. Learn to wait 3. Learn to love 4. Learn to fast 5. Learn to speak the truth
